Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process orders swiftly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests after this period. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all key credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are organized and dispatched from our warehouse. During holiday periods and sale seasons, processing times may increase. We process orders from Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the popularity of our items, deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks to reach you.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days post-shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

Our listed prices are in US Dollars and are tax-free, which means you might be responsible for duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and other customs-related fees may apply when your order reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office. These charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Please note, we are not accountable for any delays caused by customs in your country.
